Kailis Hospitality Group has announced the first two venues, due to open in April 2027.
Continuing to push boundaries in the state’s hospitality scene, restauranteur George Kailis introduces Surreo, a premium seaside steakhouse with a Basque-leaning, Roman-inspired menu and aesthetic, alongside Bar Surreo, an elevated, premium coastal bar.
Surreo and Bar Surreo are set to open in April 2027. The plans for the remaining two hospitality spaces will be announced later this year.

Surreo, the ancient Greek word for Sorrento meaning ‘a coming together’ is where our journey begins. Taking deep inspiration from our northern suburbs home which began life as a land division in the 1900’s adopting its name from the Italian owner’s homeland in Sorrento Italy.
