Bookings Policy

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Breakfast bookings are for 90 minutes, lunch and dinner bookings are for 2 hours after which the table may be booked for another party. If you would like extra time, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. 
  2. Our Breakfast menu finishes at 11am.
  3. While seating areas are selectable online, and we do our best to accommodate, this cannot always be guarenteed. 
  4.  Groups over 10 may be seated across multiple tables.
  5.  Due to our close proximity to the ocean, we are a balloon and confetti free venue.
  6.  A cakeage fee of $5 per person applies to bring your own cake.
  7.  While we take precautions to minimise the risk of contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our dishes are 100% allergen free. Please note, some of our dishes do contain nuts. 
  8. Due to our high volume of reservations, occasionally, outdoor bookings at applicable venues may need to be moved inside. 
  9. When booking an outside table at applicable venues, a back-up inside table is not reserved in case of bad weather. 
  10. A 15% surcharge applies on all public holidays. Credit/Debit Card processing fees apply. Processing fees are non-refundable. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For groups of 6 or more, late cancellations (within 48 hours) or no-show reservations will be subject to a fee of $25 per person ($15pp for breakfast bookings) that will be charged to the credit card on file.
